Are there any hidden costs?

Nope, none at all. Your monthly fee is all you pay for all designs within the scope of the service. If you need something designed that doesn’t fall within the scope of this service we’ll let you know and can give you a separate quote for that.

What does unlimited really mean?

You can submit as many tasks as you need, that take up to 2-3 hours to design. You can have 1-2 ‘active’ design tasks at a time, so if you send through five tasks we’ll only work on one or two of them at a time.

How do I send you my design tasks?

We have a specially created design request form which you will get a link to once you join us. We ask that all your design requests go through this request form as it allows us to keep track of all our requests and manage each request efficiently.

What files do I get from you?

We send you any raw/source files that you need. Typically we send you back the file in the format you need it but we can supply all sorts of source files such as .psd, .ai, .pdf, .jpg, or .png.

Do you offer one-off designs?

Unfortunately, we can’t offer one-off design work. Our service is optimised to offer regular design work as part of a monthly subscription service rather than doing one-off tasks.

If you do need a one-off design, we can refer you to great freelance graphic designers who can help you.

What is not included?

Our service is not suited for new website design or new branding designed from scratch. We can do it, of course, but it would need to be quoted for as a one-off design task as it would not fall within the 2-hours allocated per task that you request.

Who owns the designs?

You own them. They’re all yours! We send you all the source/raw files so you always have them in your possession.

However, we may use work we have done on our Example Designs page from time-to-time to showcase what we have done. You can let us know if you’d prefer us not to use these designs though – not a problem! If you need us to sign an NDA too, that’s totally fine as well!

What software do you use?

We use the latest versions of the Adobe Creative Suite which includes Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for most tasks. We do, of course, use other tools too but these are our favourites for most design tasks.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

How is it so affordable?

Great question! By sharing the cost of a designer with a bunch of other companies like yours, it brings the cost down for everyone making it more affordable to have access to a professional designer regularly.

The alternative to our service is to continually have to outsource to freelance designers (which can be unpredictable) or employ your own in-house graphic designer which, unfortunately, is out of reach for a lot of small businesses.

Can I speak to my designer on the phone?

Before your account is fully setup, you will have a call with your account manager who will be looking after you and helping answer any more questions you have. Your account manager will be your main point of contact so that our designers can focus on doing what they do best – designing!

Do you provide stock images?

Yes, we do. We have access to many royalty-free stock image repositories such as Getty Images and Unsplash which we can use. If you have your own specific or licenced images, we can use those too if you prefer.

How do I cancel my account?

It would be a shame to see you go…but we understand and we don’t judge. Just email your account manager or [email protected] letting us know that you want to cancel and we’ll do the rest from our end.

Where are you based?

We are based in London but like many small businesses in this day and age, we are a truly remote business with our team spread far and wide. This helps us to keep office costs down and provide an efficient service to you, as it allows us to invest in more important things like our tools and systems which, ultimately, help us deliver a better service to you!
